Course Description

This half day CPD course runs in conjunction with the FM in Historic Settings Half Day course. It will range from strategies to implementation and on how and why it’s different with historic /Listed buildings, inspections and surveys, heritage tools – includes conservation management plans and using conservation policies, heritage impact assessments and their interaction with typical maintenance management documents such as maintenance management plans, types of maintenance and planning and implementation – programming, specifications, procurement, responsibilities, implementation and quality control. The course will be based upon best practice standards and to the same rigour and professional standards as our ‘accredited’ Government approved courses. An Environment Study Centre Certificate will be awarded on completion of this course.
